Partial Closure Order on Chelsea Riverside

A Partial Closure Order was granted by Westminster Magistrates Court to a property on Chelsea Riverside Ward today.

This is put in place to protect a vulnerable resident, and to prevent ongoing ASB and cuckooing linked to the address.

The Partial Closure Order prohibits access by all persons at all times in all circumstances apart from those authorised. A person who without reasonable excuse on or enters the premises in contravention of the Closure Order commits an offence under section 86 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, liable on summary conviction to imprisonment not exceeding 51 weeks and/or an unlimited fine.
